I want to buy laughing gas but...?

On the web site it says certain dispensers are not good for commercial use. does anyone know what that means? and what's the best kind for a large amount? I need alot for a festival.

I understand laughing gas to be N20 (nitrous oxide), it is an anesthetic and makes you light headed more than it makes you laugh. It can also have severe side effects on some people and can potentially result in death, you don't want to kill people allergic to anesthetic at your festival and end up in jail.

My understanding of this could be completely wrong however. :D

It may even hurt your brain,don't use it!It is quite dangerous.Better find a website with jokes to laugh.Trust me,my friend did that and he never returned to school!
