I want to buy the PC Game F.E.A.R. but I don't know if it would be fun without the expansion packs. ?

I don't want to buy the expansion packs but I want to know if F.E.A.R. is still fun without the expansion. Can someone please help me out!

You can just buy the F.E.A.R. Platinum version from BestBuy.com, its only $19.99 and it includes all the expansions. If that's something your willing to do.

FEAR is an awesome FPS withe great graphics, good storyline, and real good enemy AI. The expansion packs only extend the storyline and is not necessary to enjoy it.

You can download the game from their site for free to try it out. Test and run, then go from there.

First,go to gametrailers.com and then watch the video review on it and that should tell you how much fun the expansion packs.

  Also,if the expansion packs are cheap enough and look worth it to you then you should buy them.

Oh.and also you can download the trial version from their site to test drive the game.

I played the demo of F.E.A.R before the full version came out and it was hard to play as enemies come all sides.Its very hard game. Wait for Far Cry 2.
