They sell those at Pearl Arts supply and at Toys R Us and you can just go to your local art supply store and I am sure you will be able to find the same one.

I don't know where you live, but if you have Hobby Lobby in your area, that could be a great place to look; I've gotten a few nice, good-quality sets like that from Hobby Lobby. If you're lucky enough to live in a big city that has art supply stores like d**k Blick (funny name, but I swear it's an art supply store), you'll have tons of choices and will probably be able to find a set that includes all your sister's favourite art media.
