  2. God,how cheap is it there in the US? You could'nt buy a studio flat for that money here in obscenely expensive England. It looks a nice house, do'nt worry what other people think, it's your decision at the end of the day. Good Luck with your housebuying x

    My house has 3 floors and looks bigger than that!

    Decide your decision carefully!Here are some questions,do you like where it is located?Are you able to pay for it?Are you comfortable with the sorroundings and etc.
