I thought the windows were all boarded up down there,you may be better buying some plywood and nails;oh and chain for ones ladders.

ask if the round is in the  window cleaning federation before you buy just to cover yoUrself.apparently if you build a round up if ur not in this thing they can come along and take your round of you i think or something like that check it out with the legalities before buying
