I want to cancel my subscription to this product. How do I do that?

Ordered the initial kit and have been charged 2 more time for kits I do not want. I want to cancel this subscription and need to know how to do that. I did not sign up for the web site and need to know where to go

Send an email to the company that you want to cancel this subscription. Or call them

If that doesn't work, then file a dispute with your credit card company (I hoped you paid for credit card). Call the credit card company - the number is at the back of your card - and tell them that these charges are unauthorized. It may take a month or so, but those charges will be reversed. And ask your card company never to accept any more charges from this company

talk to your credit card company. If you have a good credit rating and pay on time they will help you.  They can get the company to pass a credit.  I have done it several times
