I want to change ONE power point slide in a pic file and save as jpg??

Go into slide show mode, and put the slide you want on the screen.  Once you've done this, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard.  Then, pull open MS Paint and paste the image you've just captured onto the screen.  From MS Paint you can save the file as a jpg.  

Make sure you have the presentation in full-screen mode when you click Print Screen.
