I want to change family court location and my lawyer?

I am a Canadian that dealt with the Ohio family courts last year to establish my rights as a father and the judge showed bias. I was treated poorly by the Judge and at the moment my lawyer isnt returning calls or emails. I have wrote him and left messeges many times but he doesnt answer.

My kids mother and stepfather have been doing things to hust my relationship with my kids and I feeel I have to go back to the courts and ask that I have the kids come to visit me in Canada instead of me going there to Ohio. The kids are only 5 and 6 years old so I would have to go get them but I need a court to order it.

The original Family court judge in the small town did something disturbing that could have costed me ever knowing my kids so I would like to have the situation chenged to a different court in a different county if possible, it will help prevent any bias.

What can I do here?????

They always hold court in the county that the children live in.  

I am in Illinois.  I know that here a judge is in a certain court for a time, then they move to another court after a time.  Then there would be a different judge in "family court."  That may help if you get another judge.  I know here they change in January
