I want to change my avatar to an anime picture. I have the picture on my computer already. How do I change it?

I know that it has something to do with Yahoo 360 and I already have a 360 account but how do I put the pic as my avatar? Thanks!!

  1. load ur anime pic in 360 & set as primary & save

    then

    go to ur Answer's profile

    click "edit my info"

    scrolldown

    click the button "use my 360 picture"

    click preview & ok
