I want to change my avator to my personal picture. I can't find the Q & A page to edit info.?

You have to get a Yahoo! 360 account. http://360.yahoo.com/ you then can upload whatever photo you want http://upload.360.yahoo.com/edit/photos.... and then make it your primary pic and then when you come back here, it should be there!

Wow, I have three, Yahoo ID Profile, 360 page, and Answers profile.  Not sure which one you mean:

Yahoo ID Profile, first link.

Answers profile, click on your name, click on Edit My Info in the middle of the page.

360, second link.

Just click on your picture and it will take you to the page with Q and A
