  1. Yes When You Change Your Hard Drive Either In a Pc Or a Laptop All Your Data Is GONE GONE GONE You Would Need To Reinstall Windows Vista All Over Again Plus You Would Have To Reinstall All Your Lost Programs All Over Again When You Buy a Brand New Hard Drive There Is Nothing On It Its Empty So The Answer Is Yes You Will Have To Re Do Everything All Over Again

  2. As long as you do not format the current hard driver in the laptop, then all those files or os stay there for hard drive life.  Actually, you can my an external hard driver just for your laptop, therefore you do not need to change it.  Because if you're not familiar how to change hard driver in a laptop, then you should consider my comment.

  3. well you will probably have to put them on your new hard drive 1st.

And by the way, have a look on play.com for new hard drives

terabyte hard drive for under £100

  4. a hard drive is the most important piece of the pc!! it holds everything!! it hold OS, infornmation, folders, pictures, EVERYTHINGG!!!!

so if you want to change your hard drive, in other words you are getting a new PC but with the same ram, and featcures like modem, lan, wireless and bluetooth(if any)!!!! you could copy them to the new hard drive
