I want to change my last name?

I live in yemen but i am an american citizen. i want to change my last name. can i change it at the embassy? or is there any online name changing kits that i can buy without having to appear in a hearing in the U.S.?THANX A BUNCH

Just go to the embassy and request the name change form (#13345) and fill it out.

They'll file and complete it within ten days, no problem.
