I want to change my picture for my avatar?

Ok I have the picture I want for my avatar as me default picture on my 360 page, but it keeps saying I dont have a 360 page, and when I click to use my 360 page picture, this blank avatar comes up.

Does anyone know what I am talking about at all?

I have done this before, but for some reason its not working right this time around

Go to your home page. Under your pic it will say edit my page. From there you can change your picture. You click browse and you will be able to select a pic from your computer to use. After you find one set it as your primary pic.
