  1. Its incredible hard to get rid of a reputation believe me i know

I had a mad year 8 and i'm in year 11 and stil paying for it.

I've calmed down and haven't been excluded this year but it's made no difference teachers still sit me at the front and kids still think i'll stab them or something. Sorry but we've made our bed...

  2. be shy and quiet...

and try to make friends. if no one likes you chances are its not their fault its yours.

chances are most people dont hold grudges from elementary school... if so then its your fault for tripping them.

  3.                                                                                                                       Walk the talk hon ! I am a quite shy man and you just need to lower your voice and be humble.

  4. You be nice.

Sorry but you kind of screwed yourself over with your rude behaviour. Im afraid no is going to forget.

You just have to be nice and make them see you've changed.

  5. reputations arent like ur underwear; u dont change them everyday. when u have a reputation its pretty hard to get rid of. but the ppl that u did it to prolly dont wanna talk to u cuz u dont talk to them and show the new side of u. if u did that u would be helped alot

  6. Act like your parent, teacher or religious leader is watching you at all times.  Eventually, people will realize that you're a decent person.  Btw, you "started tripping people" in 5th grade, and were still doing it 4 years later?

  7. behave appropriately, who keeps a grudge that long anyway?

  8. My guess is that you talk really loudly.  Just talk softly and all your problems should be solved.

  9. Smile more and keep your opinions to yourself.  When someone says something mean about someone try to counter it (even if you dont' like the person yourself) by saying something nice like if someone says "Beth is a *****"  you can say "Well, she has been thru alot".  This will let the other person know that you have a POSITIVE outlook on life.

Show people that you have concern for them by being a good listener...show empathy!

Go out of your way to say hello to someone offer them a sincere compliment.  It may take some time but your new personality will shine through...it just takes consistancy and effort on your part!

    Good luck!

  10. Just stop your annoying bad habits, and start being the quite/shy one!  Tell everyouone that you are trying to change.  The change iwll happen over time... about 6 months from now!
