  1. I would suggest doing some kind of cardio/aerobic exercise on the days you lift weights as well.  Maybe 10 minutes before lifting and 10 minutes afterward to warm-up/cool-down.  Stair-climber (really good), stationary bicycle, or treadmill are some good options to add for extra cardio work.  Good Luck

  2. You can easily get your Heart Rate up on a bike or elliptical. Usually atheletes use these when they get injured but none the less they are good for cardio and it can raise your VO2 max. Hope this is what you meant.

  3. u gotta run on the track. Its called intervals. ok so u jog for about 100 meters and then run hard but not sprint for 200 meters then once youve ran the 200 meters jog the 100 and keep doing this for up to 8 laps. when u get stronger youll be able to increase the number of meters u run hard on and the number of laps you run. but always jog 100 meters after youve ran hard on a certain amount of meters. another wokout is u sprint 200 meters as hard as u can and do it 6 times with like a 1 minute rest inbetween. if u do this workout right your heart should be beating super fast and chest should b killing you, but seiously this an intense workout if done right.
