I want to change the refresh rate for "My Yahoo" homepage. How do I do it?

Yahoo Help says to go to "add/delete section and on the left side of the page there is a "refresh rate" section. Said to click on that and then change the refresh rate. But that section is not on the add/delete page.

  I would guess it would depend on the browser you are currently using because your browser is what controls your page functions. If you browser supports this it should be under the tools tab in your browser. but there is also a shortcut to refresh your page whenever you so desire by hitting the F5 key on your keyboard.
