For ex : IBNalert is using their domain Id in Gtalk..

  1. Thats not possible.. GTalk is available as a paid service if you want to use within your organization however you won't be able to chat with people on another domain..

    For ex: IBNalert user will not be able to chat with gmail user.

    You can use ZOHO.com instead. They have a facility wherein you can invite anyone with valid email ID to chat with you. The other person doesn't have to register at ZOHO.
