I want to claim my Provident Fund, I lost my PF account number, the company I workd for is closed.?

I worked in Bangalore in 2003, I quit the company in 11 months, I did not have the PF account number. How to get in touch with PF office? Can I claim the PF without knowing the account number? Appreciate suggestions
