I want to claim my brohter as a dependent..?

I am on a work visa but my borhter is on a green card.. and I do pay for almost everything..

If I could, How exactly do I go about claiming him as my dependent??

If you support him and he earned less than $3,500

this year, you just claim him when you file. if he files, he has to state on his return that he is being claimed by you as a dependent.
