I want to clean off everything on my computer,but I want to keep certain programs.?

I want to clean off everything on my computer,but I want to keep certain programs, like The Sims 2, Fire fox,and all of my pictures. How could I do this?

go to control panel then there should be something called programs and from there you can uninstall and delete everything

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Remove each program you no longer wish to have. You should also run CCleaner to get rid of all the temp files, etc.
