I want to clear history from internet explorer but my sites still show up under the search command....?

I am using internet explorer and want to delete my history. I go to tools, internet options, and clear history and delete files. But, if you go to history and click on search and type in a letter, several of the sites still come up. How can I clear this out so that nothing shows up here?

delete cookies and history as well.

Click on tools, options, clear history or clear all, clear cookies. etc.

You need to clear everything.

Maybe you need to stop looking at things that you dont want others to know about

go to Delete Browsing history

Go under tools to internet options and then click clear internet history

Tools --> Internet Options --> Content Tab --> Click on the Autocomplete button --> deselect Web addresses, Forms, and Usernames. Also click the Clear Forms, Clear Passwords buttons on the page.
