  1. Contact USA Hockey. They have a website, form there you can find out if there are coaching clinics in your area. Sign up, learn, get certified, and away you go!

    Good luck,

    Steve.

  2. Well you're way too young to be a Head Coach for a rep team but you could always be an Assistant Coach or Trainer.  Lot's of Head Coaches really like to have staff with no kids (that way they don't have to take the kid) so you need to find out who the coaches are and volunteer.

It's getting a little late for this season so maybe you could take some coaching clinics this year and start making contacts for next year.

    Good Luck.

  3. In my case I aspire to be a paid coach, so I am going for a degree in Kinesiology.

If you're just looking to do it as a volunteer, talk to local coaches and see what role(s) you can help with.
