I want to collect a million dollars for Charles Chatman. The guy wrongfully imprisoned for 26 years.?

How do u go about helping people like Charles Chatman. Will there be 1 million people willing to give him a dollar. How do we set up an account take donations. Also very important that only person who can access account should be Charles Chatman. I felt so sorry for him.
