because i did my 12th board examination from rajasthan board three years ago in india so it is a right time to do this please help me out it is must for me and my job and tell me from where i can do my graducation in one year in india and from which university

so if you will make degree in one year ...i think it will not help you.

You have lot of universities providing one sitting graduation courses, but almost all belong to Open Universities. However this should'nt matter much in your job search. All the best!
