I want to control user right authentication in my computer?

I want to set the user rights for my computer.Example MY workgroup has 5 computers.I have my own admin password & user accounts.In that I only able to access network through admin by lan & to block the users cannot able to access the lan on my computer

You Can Do it by three ways.

1.Administrative tools ( Component services (MMC console)

2.Gpedit

3.Permissions.

I suggest first option is the best option.
