I want to convert my car so it will run on gas. Will I lose my 3 year warranty because of it?

Is your car a diesel burner now?  If not, what type of fuel does it use?

And yes, if you convert it to run on another fuel other than what it was designed to run on, your warranty will be voided.

You can royally s***w things up - and the car dealer don't want to pay to fix your experiment.

don't do it until you got passed the warranty (free repair period).
