You can't. It's not possible to do. There are websites out there that sell kits to make a little hydrogen generator that creates hydrogen to go into the fuel air mix, but they don't create nearly enough Hydrogen to make a difference.

And what energy source will you use to seperate the hydrogen from the oxygen? This takes electricity and a big tank to hold it all together and no offence I would not want you driving any where near me with a potential bomb.
