I want to put them in a glass dish with some marinara sauce and cook them in the oven that way. They are the large ones that are used for sandwiches, not like breakfast links.

  1. If they are precooked, all you need to do is get them hot.  When the sauce is bubbling, they should be done.

If they are not precooked, I would fry them first on the stove to get some of the grease out, then put them in the oven.

Sounds like a good idea for lunch.

  2. 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, internal temp of more than 145 deg. sausages tend to dry up easily so i try to cook them as slow as possible.

  3. Pre heat the oven at 350 F .  The sausage needs to reach an internal temp of 155 F in order to be safe.  It should take 10-20 min.

This question is really hard to give a specific time for.  Ovens are not the same.  The amount of sausage and the type of pan/dish used also play a factor.  I've been cooking professionally for many years.  I always use a thermometer to check everything.  I don't rely on set times.
