I want to corporate in Nevada and have read some stuff but cant figure out which way to go..can anybody help?

I have seen from low fee's/prices of $49 to as high as $250. But still dont know which way to go.

All incorporation is, is writing an incorporation document and submitting it (with the state's fee) to the state office that handles incorporations.  

If those companies are going to write that document for you and handle filing the document and paying the fees, then go with the cheapest one.
