I had braces several years ago but I never wore my retainer. Now my teeth have moved and I have some spaces between my teeth that I am not happy about. I want to get this fixed so that I can have straight teeth again. What are my options?

  1. You will have to back to the orthodontist and have braces again to straighten you teeth back up.  You might want to consider permanent retainers this time.. My daughter wore braces 3 years and when she had them taken off our orthodontist put perment retainers in the bottom and top of her mouth behind her teeth.  She cant forget to put them in, and she cant lose them. so far it has worked out really good for her and it has been 7 months.  good luck  to you.

  2. Braces again..

Invisaline - Retainer like clear tray, that will slowly put your teeth back.

    Veneers- Very big money.

  3. ya i agree with jay!
