I want to create a hippie/bohemian bedroom. my bedspread is red,gold and orange... how should i paint my walls

(my walls have already been red and orange... im thinking yellow but any suggestions or painting styles/techniques would be helpful!)

You don't paint your walls. If you are going to be having a hippie style, then just fling mud on them.

You can do what ever you what to the walls, to bad you do not live closer to me  you can look at some older books from the 60-70's and get some ideas, we use to tack up tapestrys to the walls, they were like a huge bed spred with all sorts of great colors  and designs on them, how about ite dieing a white bed sheet????

Go with the color that you like and then take masking tape and create a straight line then place some up and down lines on it to make it appear as an ekg, then get you some circles and make a few of them.  Also take a sponge and just make some wild designs out of them.  Just explore your imagination and go for it    Large PEACE symbol, stars, sun, hearts, flowers and lists goes on.  Try a burnt orange color or sunshine color   and don't forget hanging beads or tapestry

The colours of the sixties are back and you have them on your bedspread, you could go purple fuchsia as well , you could choose a wall paper with all of those colours, and  with a large flower pattern daisies were very much in style those days, or you could go blck and white , but not for the Bohemian style that you are looking to accomplish , for that you need the mixture of all the colours ,I will try to look for something else.
