I use yahoositebuilder or Site Solution

What do I need to do in order to get the video search engine

and tools?

  1. It takes a lot of time programming (not designing), you will need a database, probably need to write it in PHP, you will need about a terabyte in web space and god only knows how much bandwidth.

    You should try not to re-invent the wheel and think up something different that has not been done no matter how big or small.
