  1. You can create a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://tinyurl.com/officelive . It comes with a free online design tool that lets you create web pages without coding. Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourwebsite.com) for the first year. With Office Live, you do not need to upload your webpage - it's already online after you design it.


  2. You can use Yahoo's 360 or Freeweb.com.they upload it for you. If you want to write your own HTML and get more complicated, then check out the link.
