  1. freewebs.com

  2. zymic.com

    and a basic knowledge of css and html should do. As well as a plan for the website:D

    good luck~!!!!

  3. createagreatwebsite.com has FREE hosting and subdomains, no ads!

  4. freewebs.com!

    easy fast & fun

  5. You can get a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://tinyurl.com/officeliveoffer . It has a free design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It has 500mb of web space and no ads. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year. This is not just for business websites, works great for other kinds of sites - even fun sites!

  6. Try Weebly or Blinkweb, their easy to manage free website (or blog) has cool features that include drag and drop capability, switch designs on the fly, youtube and google video, custom html, upload images, flikr photo gallery, visitor stats and more.  You can also buy a new domain instantly, or host your existing domain for free and make it your own (www.yourown.com)

    If your looking for something more advanced but still user friendly then try CityMax or Site Builder Designs, they have everything you need in building your own website: domain name registration or domain transfer, web hosting, web builder, site maintenance and email accounts. Everything is laid out in an easy to follow step by step instruction. Some of the features included enable you to add your own themes, videos, images or mp3 music making your site unique to you. Pricing is comparable and affordable too.

    I hope that I was of some help and answered your question.

  7. This link will help you.

  8. Learn HTML and upload your created HTML files to a host. You probably want a free one and your lucky day is in fact today...Yahoo offers a free webhost (ad supported but the ads are collapsable) called Geocities. Just takes time to learn. Hope I could help.

  9. OK, there is a programming language called HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) that is EASY to learn, no joking! I recommend learning how to use XHTML (EXtensible HyperText Markup Language), though, because you can organize your codes better and XHTML will soon replace HTML. Here is an example of a website made from HTML:

    <html>

    <head>

    <title>My Webpage</title>

    </head>

    <body>

    Here is my website!<br>

    I broke a line :P

    <p>This is a paragraph.</p>

    <b>This is bold text!</b>

    <marquee>This is marquee text!</marquee>

    </body>

    </html>

    Go here to learn more about both HTML and XHTML:

    Hope this helped :)
