I want to create video games, but I need help on drawing

I am not very good...at drawing, and I want to become a video game creator with a friend of mine....what are good ways to learn how to draw fast? And good techniques? Also, how long does it take for someone to be good at drawing?

well... certain people are born with the skills to draw- mostly isfps, i have always been able to draw and ive done it all my life, i think you should try another type of helping game creation, such as brainstormind ideas, leading people, programmine, writing script, to help make a video game you don;t just need to know drawing, maybe if your friend can;t draw and you can;t, instead of taking years learning it , find  more friends and see if any of them are talented artists, mostly the kids that seem invisible.
