I want to cut my hair, which one looks better?

My hair is long and layered like this:

I want to either cut it like Victoria:

Or a really short bob like this:

3. I would also want to get it more layered and thinning it a bit at the bottom [no pics]

Which hairstyle should I choose? I'm going to my hairstylist tomorrow! Thanks.
