I want to decorate my binders,in retro stuff like the beatles, not just a collage though! I want it unique?

Don't just look toward pictures and logos.  Textures are a great way to avoid the "collage" look.  Go to a fabric store, and ask them what kind of retro designs they have, in order to get ideas.  Use stencils and spray paint if you want other textures and patterns that don't need to be pasted.  Try using Photoshop or some other image editor to blend one or two of the pictures in with the design, have it printed out on glossy or other fancy paper (whatever blends the best with what you've got), and put it on your cover.

for this you have to look for your own style of retro and stuff.There's some good examples inside the cover of the Love album... dunno if it would help tho.....
