I want to decorate my room with ..?

records on the wall and i want to cover the whole wall.

i have red walls in here, and its only one wall i want done.

any ideas on how to ?

first decide where you want to put them, then hang up using one of a  number of options: liquid nails, decorative plate hangers, or even screws.

Measure the diameter of the records. Measure the wall. Decide how far apart you want them and you will have to measure to determine the quantity in the row. Repeat.
