I think systematic reform needs to

start at a grassroots level. Education is the key to changing any one situation-either on a personal level or on a societal level.

You want to change the world-teach the children.The values they are instilled with are the ones that will govern the world one day.

However,before people value education;they need safety ,clean water and a consistent food supply. Maslowe's Hierarchy of Needs.

Right now, the Afghan people are not even sure they will make it to tomorrow nor if they will have food for then if they do.
