I have the worst cramps EVER, no medication is helping and there is no one else around to whine to. But really its so bad that I want to just pass out or something

I know I sound pathetic but oh well :-p

Oh, you poor dear.  I used to feel that way too - exactly.  I thought death would be the only relief.  You did try Ibuprofen, right?  That is the only medication that ever helped me.  Well, it turns out that I had endometriosis - not unusual for type A personality, career-minded women to have.  You might want to check into that when you are feeling better.

  3. Exercising actually helps with menstrual cramps. Although when you have cramps it feels like the last thing that you want to do!

    If you are that desperate, you might want to try it.

Go off in a room by yourself and rub your C**t unto you have an o****m.  I am being serious about this.  If you m********e until you reach o****m the contraction from the o****m will help relieve the cramps.  My wife always said having s*x help relieve her cramps.  Its actually the contractions of the o****m that help.  Hope this helps you.

  6. your not gonna like my answer but its true and it will help you.. for cramps ive always been told to do one of 2 things... Dring something with caffiene in it like a coke.. and do some sort of exercise.. the second works better.. im not a fan of soda. makes me all bloated.. but the second will work. have you ever heard of flutter kicks.. ( lay down on your back put your hands under your lower back, raise you legs like 6 inches off the ground and kick your feet..) doin something like those or crunches.. it will warm your abdomen up.. and that will help the cramping.. I SWEAR.. or even running.. hope you are feeling better.

  8. I always use a heating pad...my mom used ice, and my best friend does crunches..they help all of us deal with horrible cramps

  9. You might want to avoid caffeine. I heard it makes cramps worse.

  10. ouchhh...have you seen a doctor? it might be something else other than your period. if it is just you period, im sure that maannnyyyyy of us women (: know what thats like! rest, ice pack, and a tv might help you feel better. take it slow and good luck! (:

  11. Get in a hot bath and place a towel over your stomach.

    Try Evening Primrose oil in the suppliment aisle.

    An o****m might help relieve some pressure... as gross as that may sound.
