I want to disable my network places.?

i want to disable my network places on my computer, so no one on my computer could see the files shared on other computers and by server. there are some adult movies shared by some other computer, so i don't want my younger brother experience this stuff. plz help me. how to disable

got to the shared folders right click them, select properties then select the share tab and and check the area that says do not share this folder.  you can also encypt that folder and only you can view it

easy, right click on my network properties, and click on properties, right click again the LAN, select disable.

u have got already ans i.e. disable LAN Or remove share
