I want to disable the clear history button where u cant clear the history of ur searches can someone help me?

when u search something u can clear the history, i dont want the option of clearing the history is there a way of taking that off so u cant clear ur history searches. that way theyre left up

I belive that this is programmed into Windows and can not be removed. If you want to see where someone has been you need to find a tracking program or keylogger (better for a spouse to know what they are typing) and it will track their site usage even if they delete the history.

You need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.
