I want to do MBA from aboard .?

i wanna purse MBA from aboard. if any 1 can guide me from where it would be good to do.UK ,US or Austrailia.

Currently working for a biomedical firm as sales n marketing

which country has good job opportunity after doin MBA.

If you are interested to do MBA in Marketing and at the same wanted to settle abroad; Australia is the best. Neither USA nor UK will be interested to offer you permanent job after MBA.
