Is there good scope in USA? If I do this course in India then would I get a decent job at any special school in USA? I've read there are many such schools in US and teachers are required.I would appreciate any help in this regard. So please give as much information as I plan to settle in USA.

  1. Your plans to settle in the US may be more difficult than you think. Right now it is almost impossible to get a resident visa or a green card. You may come over and study as a international student and be covered by that visa while you are here, but if you don't have a job, you have to leave within six months of graduation. The only other way is to marry a US citizen.  I suggest you consult with a US immigration lawyer before getting your hopes up.

Also, most public school districts do not give H1B visas or green cards to foreigners for the simple fact that they want native born teachers for the most part. If you manage to get resident status, then you won't have trouble getting a job. However, getting that status is very difficult.

My suggestion is that you go to the US Immigration service website and see if there are any professions that are in extreme shortage for which foreigners may apply. This is often in medical fields such as doctors or nurses. It may be that you would want to go to school in a field in which you can really GET a job and then after you work for awhile, go back to be a teacher.
