I want to do a project on Dhobi Ghat, Mumbai. Can anyone provide me with some info on the same?

I do know where DG is.

I also know they wash clothes, there.

My veiw is towards how they manage so much quantity of work so easily!

i.e. Clothes from top hospitals and hotels in Mumbai go there, nothing is lost , damaged and returned back the same day or may be the next!

This is an interesting topic, I'm a student and want to make a project on the their management style!
