Well I wouldnt bother going into an educational institution as you have already attained a degree. This type of profession really doesnt require it. I would suggest that you write a C.V with a very good covering letter to such firms within the industry to gain experience and work your way up. When you do a degree nothing is totally guaranteed unless you do a placement year but this is long winded and expensive.

where are you. google for film schools in that area. the other option is to work with a production house and learn on the job. you can always update yourself with a course later on.
