I got mine on a referral but I did check Craigslist.

I like Craigslist but there are so many people that post looking for jobs that are just scammers. So I don't know if that's the best.

Certainly placing your resume on the large job sites won't hurt:

Monster, Careerbuilder, etc.

Joining a professional trade group is helpful also. I got a writer from one I belong too. They can post that info in their profiles.
