  1. MAID SERVICE for a couple of weeks.

Tattoo for YOU with both babies names YAY!

Meals delivered for a month from the Zone if she's trying to get back in shape.

Hair appointment, massage, facial, manicure, pedicure.

A card with a HUGE bouquet of flowers.

Trying to think of what a new mom would like.  I'm not a mom.  Sorry but I'm trying.

  2. Congratulations!

You should go to my website  www.adagiodesigns.com and get some ideas...every woman loves jewelry, especially when it could be something so personalized, something designed just for her!

  3. I think you should ask her. So that you avoid spending money on something she doesn't want. I hated it when my husband did that. Just say what you said here-- to her. "I'm proud of you and I love you to death and I want to do something special for you. What would you like?"

  4. give her 11 roses with a 12th fake rose. and tell her youll stop loving her when the last one dies

  5. shiny things never go out of style, dude. never.

they're best given when you've made a really special day for her, includin g all the things she loves to do (or not to). make din din or sumpin, watch her favourite movie take care of the kids, send your older daughter to a babysitter etcetera etcetera

(by shiny things, i mean jewelery)

  6. Clean the house, that is so s**y!!!!

  7. A day at the spa.

A mini vaca for the both of you in six months. Something for her to look forward to.

You could also get her a gift card to her favorite shop so she can buy some new post-baby outfits.

    A new purse.

Make her a hair appointment with her sylist. This was the first thing I did. Had to get the roots retouched!!

  8. Be a good husband and father.  Help around the house more than usual while she is getting used to the baby being home.  Take your older daughter out for some one on one time.

Showing your wife that you love her doesn't require material things.  Buying or making a card for her and offering her a nice bottle of wine (if you like that sort of thing) might be nice.
