I want to do tourism but i haven't got any qaulifications what do i need to do.?

I want to do tourism or look after little children aboard like when the parents want to go out and not take the children with them like on a cruise ship or something like that but i haven't got any qaulifications so anybody know what i need to do please help im an 18 year old girl

Most cruise lines already offer this service, included in the cruise price so if you wanted to go on your own, I would discourage that.  I don't think it can be done.  However, why don't you apply for a job on a cruise ship working in the kids center (Carnival has Camp Carnival, for example).  You'd have a shot at that without qualifications, and gain some serious experience that you can take with you going forward.
