and I'm really serious about this, i weighed 120 at the begining of the summer and now i weigh 127.
i hate my legs i want them thinner, and i need to be focused and inspired to lose weight.
i was depressed so i ate ben and jerrys all the time hhaa.
but seriously any tips on how to lose weight as fast as possible?
i've tried not eating for a week a while back but i don't feel like getting stuck with a disorder.
so besides telling me to stop eating fat, and telling me to get off my ***, does anyone know the fastest way to drop 10 pounds?
