I want to drop 10 pounds before school?

and I'm really serious about this, i weighed 120 at the begining of the summer and now i weigh 127.

i hate my legs i want them thinner, and i need to be focused and inspired to lose weight.

i was depressed so i ate ben and jerrys all the time hhaa.

but seriously any tips on how to lose weight as fast as possible?

i've tried not eating for a week a while back but i don't feel like getting stuck with a disorder.

so besides telling me to stop eating fat, and telling me to get off my ***, does anyone know the fastest way to drop 10 pounds?

  1. make your metabolism better ! eat less, more often. so have your 3 basic meals (watch your portions!!!) then like 2/3 hours between have a healthy snack like fruits, veggies or like a special k bar something like that ! not eating will not help you need a good metabloism. then i would excersize for at like 30 minutes 5/6 days a week look for excersizes targeted at your legs and it might take a little time but if you stick to it, it will work !
